Logistics property on Adam-Opel-Strasse in the middle of the “Bremen Industrial Park<\/h3>

The logistics property has a site area of around 31,000 m\u00b2 and is divided into two construction phases. The first construction phase was built in 1998, the second in 2015. Both construction phases are divided into storage and order-picking areas and office space. Production site in Stutensee near Karlsruhe<\/h3>

The production site on Lorenzstra\u00dfe in Stutensee near Karlsruhe is made up of eight buildings. Of the 60,147 square metres of total rental space, around 42,000 square metres are production space and 11,482 square metres are office space. Elsenstr. in Berlin-Treptow<\/h3>

The traditional brick building in Elsenstra\u00dfe has its origins in 1895 as a “piano factory”. Fritz Neumeyer, owner of the factory, had the building constructed for the production of various upright and grand pianos. Around six years after its opening, the property was subject to frequent changes of use, which meant that it served as a production facility for household appliances and telecommunications equipment, among other things.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n
