Corporate real estate in economically strong locations<\/h2>\n

\u201cBEOS Light Industrial Germany I\u201d is based on the tried-and-tested approach of the four existing BEOS special funds and has a target volume of EUR 700 million. Mixed-use commercial properties are purchased in economically strong regions with the use types manufacturing, service, storage, distribution, laboratory and office that have a high capacity for alternative uses.<\/p>\n

The first purchases for the fund were made shortly after launch. With a fully let business park in Hamburg, a portfolio deal comprising eight properties and three further corporate properties in Wedel near Hamburg, Sindelfingen and Duisburg, a broadly diversified portfolio was built up within a short time.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

The industrial park on Fangdieckstra\u00dfe in Hamburg’s Eidelstedt district was put into operation in 1991. The total area of 14,000 square metres is made up of offices and archives, warehouses and logistics halls, production units and basement areas. The company property with the address Feldstra\u00dfe 124 was built in 2008. Since then, it has been the main headquarters of the leasing company EVAC GmbH. This company is the world’s leading supplier of vacuum sanitation systems for rail transport and was taken over by Knorr-Bremse AG in 2021. Knorr-Bremse AG, for its part, is the world market leader for braking systems and a leading supplier of other systems for rail and commercial vehicles.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n
