Just three years later, the fund was fully invested and able from the outset to distribute to its investors on a continuous basis above the target return of almost seven percent. 2020 marked a milestone in the history of the second BEOS special fund: an extension of the term strategy was agreed together with the fund investors and a portfolio optimisation strategy adopted.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n

Targeted sales in 2020 and beyond<\/h2>\n

In the wake of this decision, two sales resulted in a significant appreciation in value justifying a record distribution in 2020, followed by two further sales in 2021. TDD measures were again implemented in 2022 for extending the term strategy and, together with rent increases, led to an increase in market values. Like its predecessor vehicle, \u201cBEOS Corporate Real Estate Fund Germany II\u201d participated in the GRESB rating and also gained a Green Star.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

The Marskamp commercial park at Toyota-Allee 27-45a with a total lettable area of 16,735 m\u00b2 is located in the Cologne-Marsdorf commercial area on the left bank of the Rhine.
