BEOS Corporate Real Estate Fund Germany II

Building on the success story of its predecessor, the “BEOS Corporate Real Estate Fund Germany II” was launched in December 2012.

Just three years later, the fund was fully invested and able from the outset to distribute to its investors on a continuous basis above the target return of almost seven percent. 2020 marked a milestone in the history of the second BEOS special fund: an extension of the term strategy was agreed together with the fund investors and a portfolio optimisation strategy adopted.

Targeted sales in 2020 and beyond

In the wake of this decision, two sales resulted in a significant appreciation in value justifying a record distribution in 2020, followed by two further sales in 2021. TDD measures were again implemented in 2022 for extending the term strategy and, together with rent increases, led to an increase in market values. Like its predecessor vehicle, “BEOS Corporate Real Estate Fund Germany II” participated in the GRESB rating and also gained a Green Star.
